Position: Branch Manager - Industrial Doors and Loading Docks

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Stoney Creek location.
Position Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Stoney Creek branch operations, including sales, service dispatching, operations, and team management. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the Stoney Creek branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and mentor branch staff, including technicians, service dispatchers, and administrative personnel.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between branch staff and other company locations.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Implement and maintain best practices for service dispatching and operations using Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Stoney Creek and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Financial Management:
- Manage branch budget, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
- Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the commercial overhead door and loading dock industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and operational management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
