We are seeking a Site Superintendent to become a part of our team! You will help execute high-end commercial construction projects. Our niche areas of construction are in the restaurant and car dealership construction
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and coordinate all personelle, trades, onsite activities
· Understanding of the OHSA Act and ability to implement site Health and Safety Policies
· Computer and electronic literacy, ability to upload/download/mark up photos
· Strong Email literacy, ability to send/receive clear and concise messages
· Produce concise site meeting minutes within Gaydon's Template
· Produce daily log of site activities, weather conditions, diary of work/progress
· Ensure quality of workmanship that complies with Gaydon Contractors Standards
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of previous experience in Construction or other related fields
. Experience in restaurant and car dealership construction would be preferable.
· Ability to read and technical understanding of Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings
· Must have own vehicle and must maintain a valid Drivers License
· Ability to build rapport with trades, employees, clients
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to communicate productively under pressure
· Ability to problem solve
Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.0 per week
Work Location: In person
