Responsibilities:
When your actions lead to success:

Coordinate quality-related activities, including finished product audits, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives;

Investigate and manage internal and external non-conformances;
-
Maintain and update quality management databases and records;
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions;
-
Conduct internal quality audits;
-
Provide technical quality support to daily operations;
-
Analyze quality performance metrics and prepare reports;
-
Leverage customer feedback to drive product and process improvements;
-
Participate in and support continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
When your expertise drives us:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;

Experience in quality assurance, quality systems, or continuous improvement is considered a strong asset;
-
College diploma (DEC) or equivalent education is an asset.

Bilingual (French and English) with strong verbal and written communication skills;
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
-
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments;
-
Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
-
Ability to interpret quality metrics and statistical data;
-
Comfortable facilitating meetings and engaging stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
-
Strong computer skills for reporting, tracking, and data analysis;
-
Experience with Oracle, Globetek, or Octa systems is an asset;
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is an asset.
