We're hiring a part-time Medical Office Administrator, Monday to Friday with a mix of daytime and evening shifts, roughly 15-25 hours a week. You'll be the first contact for patients and referral sources, scheduling in Practice Perfect, handling phones and emails, processing payments, and keeping the office running day to day.
At least a year of medical office experience is preferred. Practice Perfect familiarity is a plus but not a dealbreaker. What matters more is that you're organized, easy to work with, and don't need a lot of hand-holding once you're up to speed.
Pay is $19-$22/hr based on experience. Flexible scheduling, room for more hours if you want them, clinic gym access, and free parking on site.
