High Park, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tilray, was established to create and develop distinctive products for consumers in anticipation of Canada’s historical legalization of adult-use cannabis.

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for collecting, reporting & analyzing internal and external data for High Park’s portfolio of brands in the Canadian adult-use cannabis market. This is a critical role and will be responsible for all aspects of data including building/maintaining data reports and detailed analysis to find insights that will drive key business initiatives towards key objectives.

This data rock star will have experience in and will be responsible for creating regular dashboards and reports to share both company wide as well as with small individual teams. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, zealous about learning, can easily adapt to changing circumstances, understands the complexities of data and is passionate about empowering others with the information to make data-driven strategic decisions.

Role and Responsibilities
Work with multiple data sources to build & maintain dashboard reports outlining shipment trends & key performance metrics for sales leadership & cross-functional teams, focusing on building high quality visual analytics
Act as the subject matter expert within the product & sales organization as it relates to High Park data, report generation, dashboard creation and analytics
Recommend improvements for system reporting & data integrity
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and communicating findings, recommendations & results with clarity to leadership
Collaborating with finance to optimize & maintain up to date revenue tracking reports
Assist with data integration & validation in Salesforce CRM tool for High Park Sales team
Support sales team on regional analytic reports and performance tracking
Compile, process and analyze shipments vs. sell through information by customer
Qualifications and education requirements
Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or equivalent working experience
1-2 years working experience ideally in a data reporting or analytic position
Advanced skills with Microsoft office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools)
Experience with Macros & VBAs to automate and enhance reporting preferred
Strong data management and analytic skills with strict attention to detail and the ability to develop business insights and effectively communicate them
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
