Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient parts department.
- Ensure inventory is properly stocked, labeled, and stored.
- Help with inventory management, including stock replenishment and decluttering.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards within the parts department.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and on the phone.
- Assist clients in locating and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Complete Nissan-specific training programs to stay current with product knowledge and dealership procedures.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge about Nissan parts and systems.
- Apply training to assist customers effectively and support team members.
- Collaborate with the service technicians and sales team to ensure parts availability.
- Support other team members in daily operations and special projects.
- Maintain a professional attitude and positive workplace environment.
Shift :
- Monday - Friday ( Weekends as needed )
Pay :
- $17 -$23 Per hour pending applicant experience
