Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Sales Officer to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in B2B sales, customer service, and technical sales, with a proven track record in business development and account management. This role involves engaging with clients across various industries, leveraging marketing strategies, and utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce to maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets across diverse markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company objectives while maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and reporting metrics.
- Provide technical expertise during client interactions, demonstrating product features and benefits effectively.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices in outside sales, negotiation, and account management.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on outside sales.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals successfully.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
- Analytical skills to assess market data and develop strategic plans accordingly.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Background in marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

Pay: $115,700.00-$119,482.50 per year
