We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety and handling practices.
- Operate the POS system (Touch Bistro preferred) for order entry, cash handling, and payment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies regarding food service and alcohol sales.
- Assist with training new staff on bartending techniques, customer service skills, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and food safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro, is preferred but not required.
