Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience at all times
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory
