About the Position:
The Client Service Specialist is a full time, mid-to-senior level position. The successful candidate will be working directly with the team leader and team members from their own home office. You should be self motivated, and able to work effectively and efficiently from a home office. A positive attitude and the ability to communicate professionally with clients is mandatory.
This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys working in the serenity of their own home while being a part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. Work Environment:
We are a 100% remote company. However, preference will be given to candidates in Saskatchewan as occasional in-person duties may be required. We require the successful candidate to have their own Windows-based computer equipped with Microsoft Office, with a webcam and microphone for meetings, a printer, scanner, cell phone, and their own office supplies.
Qualifications:
-Real Estate Experience (Administrative or Sales) – This is a MUST HAVE!
-Knowledge of farming is preferred
-Intermediate computer skills, including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Responsibilities:
- Answering client inquiries, requiring independent research and problem-solving
-Preparation and proofreading of correspondence, legal forms, and other documents
-Compiling, tracking, and reporting property information, statistics, business income and expenses, and/or job activities
-Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in communication with the team and with clients
-Marketing activities, including but not limited to social media, placing classified ads, etc.
-Coordinating outside vendors including photographers, videographers, lawyers, lenders, and more
Skills:
-Keyboarding skills (minimum 40wpm)
-Oral and written communication

Education:
-Post-secondary education in administration, legal assistant, office management, business, or other relevant program
-Real Estate license (Saskatchewan) – nice to have
