Banquet Server – Temporary
About Our Client
Our client is looking for 10 of the best, most friendly Banquet Servers for an event at a local winery! This is just for the one night of the event, but we have many other opportunities for the right candidates, after. You must be able to work the night of the event on August 28th.
What You Will Be Doing, as Banquet Staff:
· Working at a wedding on August 28th
· Put linens, plates, glasses, and silverware on tables.
· Pass out appetizers or pour drinks during the cocktail hour.
· Serve plated meals or manage food on buffet lines.
· Refill water glasses and clear finished plates.
· Help pack up tables, chairs, and leftover items after the wedding ends
· Other duties as assigned
What You Should Have, as Banquet Staff:
· Must be able to work on the night of the event (August 28th)
· Experience is an asset but not required
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check
· Must be able to lift, bend, crouch and stand for the whole shift
· Strong communication skills in English is a must
In Return, You Will Receive:
· $19.00 per hour plus 4 % vacation pay accrued and paid out when requested
· Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
The Shift You Will be Working is:
· One shift only, on August 28th
· 4:00pm to 10:00pm
