Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant settings.
Server Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to quality standards
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
Supervisor Duties
- Oversee dinner service, including staff supervision and customer service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries to ensure a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Serving experience required, supervisory experience preffered
- Strong knowledge of food service operations & hospitality industry practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
