The Office of the Registrar is responsible for student recruitment and admissions, direct and online service to current students, including registration, financial aid, scholarships, academic assessments, graduation and petitions. It also provides course scheduling, administration of tests and exams, enrolment data analysis and business intelligence.

Your opportunity:
Working under the direction of the Associate Registrar and Director of Admissions and Student Recruitment, you will use your experience communicating with youth to shape all aspects of the U of T Scarborough future student communications experience. You will have the chance to leverage your creativity and innovation in order to ensure that communications at all stages of the admissions and recruitment cycle are on brand, consistent and engaging. Comfortable with technology, you will use databases, design programs, video editing and web tools to create communications that align with our strategic directions and support our enrolment goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
Retrieving information from multiple sources of data
Acting as the first point of contact for CRM system issues
Developing content for marketing and/or promotional materials
Keeping well-informed on industry best practices and trends
Developing project schedules including milestones, critical path, timelines, deliverables and reporting
Liaising with creative professionals and vendors to coordinate production activities
Assigning and checking the work of work-study students

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
Minimum four years’ experience in a communications related role, preferably within post-secondary education and/or with a youth audience.
Demonstrated experience working with a Client Relationship Management Database (CRM), Design software, Mac Computer, Editing, Web design and update tools
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience producing print and web-based communications materials

Assets (Nonessential):
Demonstrated experience with video production is an asset

Schedule: Full-time

Pay Scale Group and Hiring Rate: USW Pay Band 12 - $69,730 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $89,172. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
