Business Development Agent
Join a Fast-Growing Automotive, Powersports & RV Sales Team
Are you confident on the phone, driven by results, and motivated by performance-based bonuses? We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Agent to connect with customers who have already expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, powersports unit, or RV.
This is a high-energy role where you'll help customers take the next step toward ownership by answering financing questions, building rapport, and guiding them through the credit application process.
What You'll Do
- Contact inbound leads who have requested information about vehicles, powersports products, and RVs
- Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day
- Build relationships and establish trust with potential customers
- Answer questions regarding financing options and the vehicle purchasing process
- Assist customers with completing credit applications
- Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, text, and email
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive sales, finance, business development, or customer service is preferred but not nessary. Will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle objections and build customer confidence
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience are assets

Pay: $30,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
