We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and support our continued growth across Western Canada.
Position Summary
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This position is responsible for onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, compliance support, payroll inputting of data and assisting with various HR programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment offers, employment agreements, and new hire documentation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
- Support compliance with employment standards, privacy legislation, and company policies.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and leadership team.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPHR designation or working toward a CPHR designation is considered an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. ( Dayforce & Bamboo HR)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a full in office position working Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm
