Position Summary: Clean and turndown guest rooms as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor and assist in training of new RoomAttendants when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity
- Collect assigned rooms and other duties as required
- Assist with Guest service of PM requests, amenities, set up of cots/cribs
- Prepare turndown roses
- Provide turndown service: replenish and refresh the Guests’ amenities
- Add all necessary supplies to the room as requested or needed
- Vacuum and remove all dirty dishes and trays
- Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties’ products and services
- Suggesting additional products and services meeting our Guests’ specific preferences
- Assessing guests’ individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
- Actively seeking ways to meet Guests’ product or service needs
- Provide assistance to PM Lobby Attendant to service pool towels based on business demands
- Keep work area and hallways well maintained and cleaned

Professional Requirements:
- Grade 10 Education
- Basic literacy in English
Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset
