Job Role:
- Location: Sarnia or within 45 minutes drive to Sarnia.
- Position: Full-Time & Part-Time available (minimum 2 days per week, 20 hours per week)
- Primary Duties:
- Scan, load, and deliver parcels efficiently, with up to 250–300 packages delivered daily.
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company safety protocols and best practices on the road.
- All necessary delivery equipment (vehicle, scanners, etc.) will be provided.

- Customer Engagement Reward: Above and Beyond Customer experience: $250
- Safe Driving Bonus: Community and Customer experience: $150
- Milestone Award: Tenure-ship of 6 months and 1 year: $100
- Rescue Bonus: rescued packages for a selected 2 week duration: $0.05 per package
- Annual Crisis Fund: Crisis situation; Personnel and Professional development: Up to $5000
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a G* or G2 Class* driver’s license.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Clean Driving Record: Provide a driving abstract for the last 6 months.
- Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Local Residency: Preference for applicants residing in Sarnia or surrounding areas due to the local nature of the work, but candidates from other locations are welcome to apply if they are able to commute reliably.
