We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Neighbourhood Canvasser to join our painting company team. In this role, you will go door-to-door in the residential neighbourhoods where we are actively painting, starting conversations with homeowners who may be thinking about painting their home this year. Work areas include North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and the West Side of Vancouver.
This role is performance-based. Your earnings are tied to your results - the more leads you generate, the more you earn. In addition to a base hourly rate, you will receive commission for every booked consultation you secure. Top performers who consistently generate quality leads will maximize their income.
What you will do:
- Have friendly conversations with residents to identify homeowners who are considering painting their home
- Collect contact information and book consultations for interested homeowners
- Knock on doors in neighbourhoods we are actively painting and introduce our services
- Represent our company professionally in the community
- Distribute our company flyers and marketing materials
What we are looking for:
- Outgoing, confident and comfortable speaking with strangers
- Motivated by results - you take pride in generating leads, not just putting in hours
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliable and punctual - able to cover assigned routes on schedule
- Positive, professional attitude
Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
