The mission of the Store Management Sub-Division is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.
As a leader in the Store Management Department, you will lead and motivate the teams responsible for selling clothes, delivering world-class client experiences, and building loyal client relationships. As the Vice President, Retail for the Ontario market, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the region through strategic planning, inspirational leadership, and robust partnership with cross-functional partners. As the Vice President Retail, you will lead the team to:
Achieve sales and profit objectives by ensuring that retail leaders and store teams have the resources to meet and exceed sales goals, deliver uncompromising service and build loyal client relationships
Oversee the performance of sales floor, fitting room, and service counter management across the region, ensuring that local opportunities are addressed and organizational standards are optimized
Oversee and escalate the invisible details that enable an exceptional shopping experience and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage the day to day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
