Summary of the Position
As a Masonry Sales Professional, you will use your masonry expertise to assess client needs, provide accurate project estimates, and close sales on a wide range of masonry restoration services. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys meeting customers, offering solutions, and being rewarded for performance.
Responsibilities:
- Meet residential and commercial property owners on-site across the GTA
- Assess project requirements and prepare accurate pricing for materials and labour
- Conduct clear and persuasive sales presentations
- Close sales and secure signed agreements for masonry restoration work
- Submit detailed work orders including photos, diagrams, measurements, and material lists
- Maintain strong customer relationships through communication and professionalism
Requirements:
- Hands-on masonry experience is mandatory
- Proven experience estimating and selling masonry restoration projects
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills (phones/tablets/software)
- Valid safety certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Valid G-class driver’s licence with a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Reliable personal vehicle (company vehicle allowance provided)
- Comfortable using drones for photos, videos, or sales presentations
- Strong knowledge of GTA neighbourhoods
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-focused
