Rotation: 7/7 or 14/14 — day shift

Wayver Rentals Inc. is hiring experienced Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technicians for both shop and field in Fort McMurray, AB. We’re looking for self-motivated, safety-conscious team players who take pride in their work and need minimal supervision.
You’ll work on a diverse fleet — marine and construction equipment, pumps, generators, light towers and heaters. Experience driving in the mine and around heavy equipment is an asset.
What We Offer
- $60–$65 per hour, based on years of experience
- Rotational day shift: 7 days on / 7 off, or 14 days on / 14 off

What You’ll Do
- Follow procedures and safe work practices
- Maintain and repair a diverse fleet: construction equipment, boats, barges, generators, light towers, compressors, pumps, heaters, skid steers, telehandlers, AWPs, loaders, excavators, P&V trucks and UTVs
- Complete and submit required documentation and service reports
- Maintain and stock the service vehicle
- Work independently with attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Represent the company in a positive, professional manner
What You Bring
- Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyperson certificate
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Ability to operate heavy machinery
