Villa Charities is looking to welcome Accounting Assistant who are fast-learners, self-motivated and have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage 300, Newviews. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks of Villa Charities.
Job description:
· Processing invoices & utilities
· Maintaining accounting ledgers by posting account transactions through Sage 300, Newviews
· Reconciling Vendors Accounts,
· Handling Vendors’ and internal inquiries (Respond to vendors and employee inquiries)
· Maintaining paperless filing system
· Working closely with accounting team for month end closing
· Assisting with any other duties when required by a supervisor
· Responsible for managing financial documents, filing, and other administrative tasks.
· Aid Internal Auditors in their verification process by supplying financial documents
· Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
