Part-Time Cabinet Finishing & Installation Assistant
Rad Dezign Inc. – Belleville / Prince Edward County, ON
Rad Dezign is a fast-growing, premium cabinetry refinishing and refacing company serving Belleville, Prince Edward County, Quinte West, and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-end finishes, precision craftsmanship, and delivering a 5-star client experience.
We are currently hiring a part-time team member to support both our shop operations and on-site projects.
Schedule
- Mondays
- Tuesdays
- Fridays
- Potential for additional hours based on workload and performance.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on position that involves:
- Assisting with cabinet removal, installation, and refacing projects on-site
- Supporting spray preparation, sanding, masking, and finishing in the shop
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining organized job sites
- Ensuring tools and workspaces are clean and professional
- Representing Rad Dezign respectfully and professionally in clients’ homes
This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Valid G-class driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Belleville, PEC, Quinte West, Kingston, and surrounding areas
- Physically capable of lifting cabinetry and materials
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual and dependable
- Comfortable working in both shop and residential environments
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in cabinetry, finishing, carpentry, or construction
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Spray finishing or prep experience
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
