Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Glass Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing vehicle glass with precision and care. Duties
- Remove damaged or broken auto glass safely and efficiently using appropriate hand tools and power tools
- Install new auto glass, ensuring proper fit and seal to prevent leaks and wind noise
- Inspect vehicles for additional damages or issues related to glass installation or vehicle structure
- Use heavy lifting techniques to handle large or heavy glass components safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
- Assist with vehicle repairs related to glass or structural components as needed
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all installation processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding service procedures and timelines
