Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator level 2 or level 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for young children. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to engage with children and their families effectively. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in various domains including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical.
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues while promoting a sense of community within the classroom.
- Assess children's progress regularly and maintain accurate records of their development.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support children with special needs or disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment that supports learning objectives.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education is must .
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Proven leadership abilities to guide students in their learning journey.
- Excellent writing skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Proficiency in computer operation for lesson planning and record keeping will prefer .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
