We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in the retail industry. The senior accounting analyst will participate in the financial month-end close process, reconcile and analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports for various stakeholders as well as support the tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Support month‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Prepare accounting memos and provide guidance on transaction treatment under US GAAP.

Analyze financial results against budget and partner with teams to resolve discrepancies.

Assist with external financial reporting, consolidations, audit coordination, and supporting documentation.

Prepare financial analysis, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.

Support sales tax and income tax compliance, filings, audits, and liaise with external advisors.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing analysis and insights.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support cross‑functional projects and ad‑hoc requests as needed.
