Duties
- Assist in the coordination and execution of clinical trials
- Collect and analyze data from trial participants
- Supervise and train clinical trial staff
- Manage data entry and ensure accuracy in databases
- Utilize medical terminology appropriately
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Life Sciences)
- Proven experience in clinical research or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of data management principles
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in medical terminology and data collection techniques
- Certification in phlebotomy is a plus
