Installation & Technical Work:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment including Sound Systems, control systems, conferencing solutions, Security systems and more.
- Pull cable, terminate connectors, mount hardware, and ensure all systems are functional and meet client expectations.
- Conduct system tests and calibrations, ensuring high-performance delivery.
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotes and assist in developing proposals and project scopes.
- Upsell additional services or equipment where appropriate.
Project & Team Collaboration
- Maintain documentation, system diagrams, and service records.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in AV installation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, wiring, control interfaces, and signal flow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in various job site conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CTS or other industry certifications.
- Familiarity with brands such as Control4, QSC, Shure, and similar.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
