At Fab-Form Industries, we develop innovative foundation technologies that “tame the ground” — including our latest breakthrough products such as Fast-Tube. We are now ready to scale these game-changing solutions into world markets.
We are seeking a high-performance Market Maker to drive the international launch of several of our new product lines.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for taking new products from “zero to revenue” in global markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building go-to-market strategies from the ground up and delivering measurable sales results quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-potential international markets for Fab-Form products (starting with Fast-Tube and expanding to the full range).
- Develop comprehensive country-specific strategies covering marketing, sales channels, distribution, pricing, and partnerships.
- Lead execution — including distributor recruitment, key account acquisition, regulatory approvals, and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve aggressive first-year sales targets and build a scalable, repeatable international sales engine.
- Continuously evaluate new opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as a market maker or international business development professional — ideally in construction, building products, or civil engineering.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling products into multiple countries.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution and closing skills.
- Experience negotiating with distributors, agents, and large contractors.
- Self-starter with high energy and comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
