The Bull & Barrel is a woman-owned British-style neighbourhood pub that has proudly served Barrie for over 30 years. We are looking to add one experienced Server/Bartender to our well-established team.
This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income with an extra shift or two each week. Hours are not guaranteed initially and may start with as little as one shift per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as business needs arise, including vacations and staff absences.
This position is not for you if you're looking for full-time hours.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous serving experience in a busy full-service restaurant or pub.
- Delivers outstanding customer service and enjoys building relationships with guests.
- Is a dependable team player who can hit the ground running.
- Is comfortable serving tables while preparing beer, wine and cocktails.
- Has flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and day shifts.
- Holds a valid Smart Serve certification.
