The Product Support position at Robertson Implements offers a dynamic environment of which you will be the key in connecting our customers, sales teams, and service departments. A normal day will have you helping to trouble-shoot technical issues on equipment, planning clinics and events, and training and developing our sales and service teams. The Product Support Specialist is a technical expert that helps ensure our customers can optimize their equipment to meet the needs of their operation and strengthens their relationship with the dealership.
Superior communication and organizational skills
A deep knowledge of all agriculture equipment and ability to pass on knowledge effectively
Strong technical and mechanical ability and able to solve problems creatively and quickly
Outgoing personality and enjoy engaging with both customers and coworkers
Extensive working knowledge of guidance systems and land management practices
