Position Description
Boosted.ai is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Solutions & Strategy Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their investment processes and technology needs, providing strategic consultation and designing tailored AI solutions using our platform.
You will initially focus on mastering our platform, delivering solutions to clients, and driving pre-sales efforts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of our platform, and help clients leverage advanced technologies to achieve their investment goals. You will also work cross-functionally with other teams to improve scalability and enhance conversion rates. As you grow in the role, you will be expected to take on more strategic responsibilities, such as influencing product development, driving and pitching cross-functional initiatives, and leading major client engagements.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Develop Deep Expertise in Boosted.ai Solutions
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our platform, capabilities, and how they benefit clients.
- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of our AI tools and market tools. Become a subject matter expert on LLMs, their capabilities, and limitations.
- Understand the business drivers and be confident in delivering value statements to prospective clients within asset management, wealth management, investor relations groups, and global banks
- Mentor team members or contribute to building and refining internal consulting processes.
- Become an Expert on Boosted.ai Sales Process
- Build processes to track and maintain key metrics across client relationships and identify opportunities to scale processes and implement process improvements
- Be an expert on CRM data, workflows, and reporting
- Know and contribute to sales cycle efficiency and enablement
- Client Engagement and Consultation
- Engage with C-suite financial services executives, portfolio managers, and analysts to understand their investment processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on integrating AI and machine learning into their investment strategies.
- Design and propose customized AI-driven agents that align with clients' needs and goals.
- Quantify and demonstrate product value
- Solution Implementation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and deliver client solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on using our AI tools effectively.

- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.

- Market and Industry Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in AI and finance.
- Provide internal updates on market research and insights to inform product development and strategy.
- Strategy & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve client engagement and refine go-to-market strategies, driving measurable improvements in client conversion and revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales, product, and development teams to relay client feedback and influence the product roadmap
- Bridge the gap between Sales and CS, and work cross-functionally with marketing and BDR teams to enhance processes and improve leads.
- Develop sales materials by providing subject matter expertise.
- Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing
- Contribute to the creation of thought leadership content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
- Represent Boosted.ai at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Who You Are (Skills and Attributes)
- Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
- Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a similar role, within fintech or AI/machine learning environments.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles involving finance or strategic consulting.
- Technical and Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
- Familiarity with AI/machine learning technologies and their applications in finance.
- Proficient with tools such as Office, CRM systems, Slack, Zoom
- Excels in leveraging LLMs for novel use cases
