We manage all phases of sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding and retaining.
Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join their Marketing team on a part-time, temporary basis. Reporting directly to the Lifecycle and Revenue Leader, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting email marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations during a team transition period.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with marketing technology platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for building email campaigns using existing templates, supporting marketing operations workflows, and helping ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
The marketing team is known for its collaborative, supportive, and engaging culture, providing team members with meaningful context behind their work and opportunities to collaborate across multiple digital marketing functions.
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, with preferred availability between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM PDT (flexibility available for the right candidate)
Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary Contract (approximately 2+ months) with possibility of extension and potential consideration for future permanent opportunities
Wage: $45 to $55 per hour
Location: Remote in Canada. (PST working hours preferred). Local candidates in Vancouver, BC are encouraged to work from the office, particularly during onboarding.

Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using existing templates and documentation
- Populate email content, configure campaign settings, and prepare campaigns for launch
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaign accuracy before deployment
- Support marketing operations workflows and campaign execution activities
- Manage and complete assigned Jira tickets and maintain accurate status updates
- Follow established processes, templates, and best practices for campaign production
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Learn and utilize marketing automation tools, including Marketo, with provided training
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives
- Assist with other marketing operations and campaign-related projects as required
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools
- Experience using project management or ticketing systems such as Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Previous experience with Marketo is considered an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Comfortable following structured processes and working independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Experience supporting marketing operations teams or digital marketing campaigns preferred
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes related to email marketing and campaign execution
