Class 3 Tandem Truck Driver
JJ Excavation & Leveling Ltd. is looking for an experienced Class 3 Tandem Truck Driver to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial landscaping, excavation, and hardscaping projects throughout the season.
Wage
$25.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a manual transmission tandem truck
- Haul mud, gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Perform minor truck maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all safety regulations
- Assist the crew as needed when not driving
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 2 years of tandem truck driving experience
- Experience hauling aggregates, soil, and asphalt
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
