Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various residencies, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in residential environments
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas according to established standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
- Follow safety procedures and health guidelines during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, move-in/move-out and post construction cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Pay: $15.18-$18.00 per hour
