About Our Clinic: At Lord’s Health & Wellness Clinic, we focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care in a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment. Our team currently includes three Registered Massage Therapists—one of whom is also a M.OMSc Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. We value team support, continuous learning, and creating a positive, approachable space for both our practitioners and patients.
Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and the freedom to practice independently, while still being part of a supportive clinic.
We are seeking someone who genuinely cares about patient outcomes, maintains clean and organized spaces, and enjoys growing as a practitioner within a professional yet fun workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Assessment: Perform initial health assessments, evaluate patient needs, and deliver personalized, effective treatment plans.
- Anatomy & Movement: Apply a deep understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics to aid in pain relief and recovery.
- Clinic Standards: Maintain clean, sanitary, and well-organized treatment rooms to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Independent Practice: Manage your day-to-day client care responsibly while working comfortably alongside fellow team members.
- Patient Communication: Build positive rapport with patients through professional, clear, supportive, focused, and respectful communication.
Qualifications
- Active registration in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional Practice Insurance
- Foundations in human anatomy, biomechanics, and assessment protocols.
- Strong commitment to clinic hygiene and infection control standards.
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable managing your own caseload.
- Open to learning, receiving feedback, and developing clinical skills over time.

Pay: $90.00-$110.00 per hour
