Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including clerical duties and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services, maintaining positive relationships.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop training programs for new hires to enhance their skills and integration into the team.
- Maintain office equipment and phone systems, ensuring functionality and proper etiquette in communication.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Implement organizational systems to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in vendor management and relationship building.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in supervising staff and developing training programs is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have LLQP license .
