KleoMaxim Property Group is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Labourer to join our growing team. We complete high-quality residential renovations and construction projects throughout Simcoe County and are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential renovation and construction work
- Framing, drywall, trim, flooring, painting, and general carpentry
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Work independently and alongside other trades when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience (10+ years is an asset)
- Valid G-Class driver’s licence with reliable transportation
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Clean criminal record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Pay: $17.25-$30.99 per hour
Work Location: On the road
