About the Role
As a Guest Experience Manager, you are committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate a thriving café that serves hundreds of guests daily. What You Will Do
The Guest Experience Manager at Caffè Cittadella is first and foremost a guest-facing role. It is all about building genuine relationships with our regulars, developing a database of guest preferences, and creating memorable moments that keep people coming back. You will be the heart of the café, moving from table to table, greeting guests by name, remembering their favourite orders, and ensuring every visit feels personal.
As a Guest Experience Manager, you will:
- Exemplify exceptional leadership skills using our core values of warmth, integrity, and community.
- Be the caretaker of guest data and facilitator of authentic hospitality, bridging the gap between technology and true, in-person connection.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player, tackling challenges using your multi-tasking and communication skills.
- Be empowered to make decisions with the best interest of the café and our guests in mind.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience through your knowledge of our coffee, food, and beverage offerings.
- Take ownership of guest feedback, resolving concerns with grace and turning every interaction into a positive experience.
- Lead by example on the floor, setting the standard for service excellence and coaching team members to do the same.
- Collaborate with the café management team to develop and execute events, promotions, and special experiences that delight our community.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak hours, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
What We Need from You
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, food and beverage, or service industry.
- A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for both team members and guests.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect naturally with guests from all walks of life.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.

Pay: $49,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
