NextGen Auto Mechanic is looking for a skilled and dependable Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team in Saskatoon. Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend required repairs.
- Repair and replace brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust components.
- Complete engine repairs, cooling system repairs, and tune-ups.
- Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine maintenance.
- Use diagnostic scanners and repair information systems.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when needed.
Qualifications
- Automotive Service Technician certification is an asset.
- Previous experience as an automotive mechanic is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
