Position Details
Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking a Telehandler for short term work at our Calgary Compost project in Calgary, AB. Note that this work is expected to last up to 2 weeks.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday
What You Will Be Working On
- Responsible for the safe operation of equipment following manufacture's and industry standards
- Plan and execute operation activities to avoid schedule delays
- Operate Equipment in tight work areas and in proximity of workers
- Install/remove of hoarding panels around site
- Maintain and repair hoarding as needed
- Operate ZoomBoom telehandler to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Assist with site organization and material staging.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
- Support general labor tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Valid ticket for Skid Steer, Telehandler, Zoom Boom (Skid Steer ticket, ESC MEWP/AWP)
- CSTS-20
- WHMIS 2015
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
