An integral part of kitchen operations, Dishwashers are responsible for keeping all areas of the kitchen clean and orderly including utensils, dishes, tools and work stations.
Duties and responsibilities:
Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
Cleaning garbage cans
Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
Placing clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
Sorting and removing trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
Sweeping and scrubbing floors
Assisting with loading and unloading trucks delivering or collecting food and supplies
Assisting with receiving and storing supplies
Stocking supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars
Transfering supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks

Ability to lift 33-55lbs/15-25 kg regularly
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, stand throughout day
