This critical role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that foster organizational and people development. The Role:
As a People Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's future, focusing on enhancing our organizational structure, culture, and workforce capabilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with management across the company to support our training centers and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, setting departmental goals that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of staff, employees, contractors, and events, including room reservations.
- Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies and programs encompassing workforce planning, talent management, and development.
- Enhance employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our culture and values.
- Develop and oversee advanced training and professional development programs to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Improve performance management processes, including the refinement of evaluation tools, to drive organizational excellence and employee growth.
- Expand employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings.
- Drive recruitment and retention strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and conflict resolution.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with regulatory requirements and best practices, including the management of HR records and reporting.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters affecting the organization’s performance and culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies and programs in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
- Expert problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic and proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Connecteam software is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Pay: $72,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
