Rally at Sherwood Village is a state-of-the-art pickleball facility that is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests. As we open our doors, we are looking for a friendly, energetic Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our facility, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone who visits.
Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, and assisting with membership services. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Answer questions about facility programs, memberships, and services
- Handle membership registration, payments, and account inquiries
- Assist with scheduling and court reservations
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the team to support events and promotions
- Address and resolve member issues with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in a recreational or fitness facility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with club management software is a plus
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- Interest in pickleball or a willingness to learn about the sport
