Job Overview
Right at Home Canada is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver(s) to provide personalized support to client in Bloomfield, NB. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and organizing to maintain a safe environment
- Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed, ensuring safety at all times
- Engage clients in recreational activities, teaching new skills or hobbies to promote mental stimulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster well-being and independence
- Administer medication reminders or assist with medication management under supervision when required
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
Skills
- Must have PSW, CCA or HCA Diploma, from a NACC recognised college.
- Experience or interest in caregiving roles.
- Proficiency in cooking and meal preparation tailored to specific dietary restrictions or preferences
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic living space
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety protocols
- Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and situation
- Must be willing to live near or travel daily for visits in Bloomfield, NB.

Pay: From $21.23 per hour
