Night Cleaning Agent
Part-Time
(24 hours per week)
Position Overview
The Night Cleaner Agent is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the facility during overnight operations. This role supports the Night Cleaning Supervisor by ensuring all guest facing areas, back of house workspaces, activity buildings, and outdoor zones are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for the next day.
The Night Cleaner Agent plays an essential part in delivering the Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain experience by upholding high cleaning standards, maintaining consistency in cleanliness protocols, and ensuring the property is guest ready each morning.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, spa cleaning, or hotel facility maintenance is preferred.
- Training or familiarity with sanitation standards, chemical handling, or cleaning equipment is an asset.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals, safe sanitation techniques, and equipment usage (e.g., vacuums, floor scrubbers, mops, squeegees).
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team without constant supervision.
- Physically capable of walking, bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs), stretching, and standing for extended periods.
Must be able to work night shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays as required.
