Part-Time General Labourer
Discovery Dream Homes Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dependable Part-Time General Labourer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a flexible part-time schedule, working 1–3 days per week.
The successful candidate will assist our production team with a variety of shop, yard, and property maintenance tasks to help keep our operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory & Production Support
- Picking lumber and building materials for production
- Assisting with preparing materials for manufacturing
- Supporting production staff with general shop tasks
- Keeping the production area clean, organized, and safe
- Yard & Property Maintenance
- Organizing lumber and building materials
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organized yard and material storage areas
- Performing general grounds maintenance and other small property improvement projects
- Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed to support daily operations
- Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, farming, or general labour is an asset but not required
