Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Promote and sell our products and services to meet sales targets
- Provide information about cleaning services, schedules, and pricing options
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with basic cleaning tasks as needed to support team operations
- Support team members in achieving overall customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning services or related industry is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling purposes
