Customer Service Representative
this is an hourly position.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for order taking while providing excellent customer service to our clients on the knowledge of our products and assisting them with other support as required.

Responsible for receiving and processing orders and adjustments by phone, email and fax to complete customer orders.
Provide courteous and efficient service including accurate order taking to customers to maximize sales and frequency.
Complete daily production reports, route reports and customer invoicing for appropriate department leads.
Coordinate customer inquiries regarding post-sales, non-technical issues, and transfer customer escalations to Supervisor.
Assists in the coordination of customer accounts including:
outlining product details, price quotations, product availability and liaison with other departments in account setups.
Advise customers accordingly of changes/delays including holiday closures, route modifications, etc.
Minimum 1-year customer service or data entry experience
College diploma an asset
Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English
Must be self-motivated and well organized
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic keyboarding skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
