Thirteen Pies is a modern restaurant fixing up Brooklyn-style pies in a hip space with a featured cocktail bar and murals. It's a fast paced environment and we are looking for a responsible, energetic, hardworking, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
Weekend and evening availability are required.
Responsibilities:
- Training and development of all Front of House staff
- Full knowledge of the menu
- Works closely with staff to ensure all areas of the restaurant are up to Pies standards
- Communicating with staff regarding positive/constructive reinforcement of performance
- Responsible for overall operations of the restaurant
- Always dedicated to guest experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a management/supervisor role
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a restaurant
- Serve It Right
- Ability to work well with a team
- Self-motivated and shows initiative
